YELLOWJACKET SOCIETY

THE INTERVIEW - PART 1

By Dr. Jack Wolley, Staff Writer

Employee X sits down with Dr. Jack Wolley for PART 1 of the inside scope on where he is now, what is happening, and upcoming media events.  Check back for live online chats!  Dr. Wolley: Hi Employee X, are you still employed at the University of Rochester? Employee X: Hello.  Yes, I am still employed at the University of Rochester as of August 29. Dr. Wolley: Why did you recently hide your name and the names of others? Employee X: I didn’t want to do anything negative to the victims named in my EEOC complaint, including myself.  But if I removed their names, and mine, I did not want to be an anonymous accuser…it isn’t fair.  So, I also removed the names of those that retaliated against me - for now.  This was also in response to some national media interest that I’ve recently received, which I will make an announcement about shortly.  The current climate of our society needs people to stand up for what is right, regardless of the obstacles. Dr. Wolley: What has been the response? Employee X: Surprisingly, a significant number of people have contacted me with similar experiences at the University of Rochester.  Over 3K visits to the website daily.  Someone even showed up unannounced at my home to tell me their discrimination story.  Very upsetting to find out so many people have had this negative experience.  I will not name victims, unless I have their written permission, but one person emailed me the ‘ANOTHER EXAMPLE?’ story demonstrating the University’s commitment to their ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy.  I am preparing a huge rally to generate more interest/help in changing things.  Details are coming soon! Labor Day is here and so is PART 2! Read PART 2 of this interview released September 3, 2017 @ Midnight
